The second half of the DVD is a 50-minute instructional video where Sayama instructs the viewer on how to become a wrestler/shooter. He demonstrates how to do moonsaults, kicks, jumps and other manuevers. Sayama's sparring partner/whipping boy is a very young Kazuo Yamazaki. The two have numerous sparring sessions and put together numerous little matches and spots. In the end they put all the spots together and you get to see them work a neat little match in front of an empty arena. Really old school with funky music throughout...Cool!
